Individual Sessions:
Using skills as a psychiatric clinical nurse specialist, holistic psychotherapist, and wellness educator, I offer consultations that address your health concerns from a physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual perspective. Blending the theories of integrative healthcare and Western medicine, consultations focus on how lifestyle, stress, emotions, thoughts, and your energy impact your health . Since physical illness is influenced by lifestyle and mental perceptions, a holistic approach is essential to optimal health and healing.
A holistic and personalized mind-body-spirit wellness plan is discussed, upon completion of an assessment of physical health, nutrition, stress, lifestyle, fitness, and coping skills. Treatment goals are defined, with client input, and plan of care is discussed. Depending on client goals, a single session to a wellness package may be selected.

- Healing Touch sessions- Sessions are designed to meet individual needs to balance biofield and energy centers and to promote healing. Issues addressed include pain, pre/post surgery, anxiety, chronic illness, acute medical issues. Energy therapies may include acupressure, aromatherapy and crystal healing.
1 Hour session- $80.00
- HeartMath biofeedback- 1 hour sessions address specific concerns, such as anxiety, academic performance, sleep disturbance, depression, and sports performance.

- Holistic psychotherapy- individual counseling sessions blend cognitive-behavioral therapy with integrative health modalities. Integrative therapies may include breathwork, guided imagery, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), meditative relaxation techniques, and movement therapies. Focus is on developing tools for self-healing to cope with emotional issues, life transitions, depression, grief and loss, anxiety, stress, pain, sleep difficulties, and chronic illness
1 Hour session- $80.00
- 5 session healing package-This package offers a comprehensive, individualized plan for optimal health
and healing. A combination of integrative therapies are offered to
develop stress coping skills, promote healing, deepen insight, tap into
intuitive wisdom, and balance energy. Plan is formulated for client to experience integrative therapies and gain knowledge and tools to promote self-healing.
Ideal for pre-and post-surgery and cancer support.
5 sessions offered at 20% discount-

mind, and relax your body. Using
breathwork, guided imagery, intention, and mindfulness, we deepen our intuitive
awareness, enhancing healing and wellness. By cultivating a lifestyle practice
of self- discipline through meditation, we reach our potential and authentic self. Research validates the health benefits of reducing stress, enhancing memory, accessing creativity, and
boosting immune system. This ongoing group welcomes individuals just
beginning, as well as those experienced in meditation. Each class will
introduce a new meditation technique to tap into our inner wisdom and cultivate
the wonders of self-discovery.
2. The Power of Healing Touch…Accessing your Energy Biofield to Heal

Healing Touch is a biofield energy therapy that promotes relaxation, pain relief, healing from injury/surgery, spiritual enhancement, and stress reduction. Learn how to access your inner healer through breathwork, centering, grounding, and intention. Validated with clinical research, this holistic practice emphasizes compassionate, heart-centered care to restore harmony and balance in the human energy system. Deepen your understanding of auras, chakras, and energy field. Through self-chakra connection and experiential exercises, you will focus and amplify vital energy, which activates the body’s ability to heal. Learn how to share your healing energy skills to promote a natural healing process and benefit the whole community. The vision of Healing Touch is to spread healing, light and love, and restore wholeness on Earth.
3. TNT.."Transformation in Ten" workshop

In today’s world
of stress, we crave the quick fix for calmness, clarity, creativity, and
self-care. Learn 10 minute techniques in
breathwork, relaxation, and energy awareness (biofield and chakras) to
invigorate your body’s energy and stamina, while promoting self-healing. Learn
how to access your inner strength and increase your productivity through centering,
mindfulness, meditation, and movement… quickly and efficiently. You will
leave with tools for your transformation…a “how to” handbook to tune into mind,
body, spirit wellness and embrace wholeness.
Experiential exercises include relaxation, guided imagery, office yoga,
and energy healing techniques. Share these simple and powerful skills to
promote wellness for yourself, family, and community.

Holistic approaches to mind, body, spirit wellness is emphasized with a range of experiential activities that may include meditation, guided imagery, journaling, creativity, movement, and bodywork.
- Individualized seminars- Seminars are individualized to meet the groups needs and interests. Flexibility in format design, from one-time Lunch n Learns to 3-6 week series. Fees are based on individual or organization's needs and budget.
