We create wholeness by integrating mind, body, spirit through a variety of meditation and movement individualized to your needs and abilities. We deepen awareness and sensation of balance, flexibility, and strength. Grounding to the Earth while pulling in divine Heavenly energy weaves through the teachings, with guided imagery of the elements ( fire, water, wood, air, metal) used to enhance sensations, create insight, and stimulate creativity. BLISS workshops are designed for energizing and relaxing movement, as you connect with world music to listen with stillness, dance with ebb and flow, creatively express spirit, and balance your body.
