Workshops and Seminars

Denise provides a comprehensive series of seminars and workshops that are individually designed to fit your group’s specific needs. She incorporates mind-body techniques, including relaxation, body awareness, and cognitive exercises, into her workshops to teach people to manage their stress, enhance their performance and balance their lives.

Formats include:

  1. Targeted Seminars- 1-2 hour seminars that focus specifically on one topic or introduce a variety of topics
  2. Half-day to full day workshops- Comprehensive, in-depth, and interactive presentations based on your topics of interest
  3. Create your own “Ala Carte” seminar- Individualize your program with a combination of topics that will target your audience’s preferences. Recommendations may be offered by Total Health Connections, based on assessment of needs.
  4. Personal consultation- Individual 1 hour sessions that will provide you with the tools to fulfill your goals. Consultations may address personal stress reduction, biofeedback for empowerment, guided imagery for healing, and the mental game in golf.

This interactive series of seminars explore the impact of the mind-body-spirit connection in lifestyle and stress management. The seminars include the latest research on mind-body therapies, experiential exercises, group discussions, and case presentations. Seminars emphasize the power of intuition and creativity to enhance performance.

Formats may be small experiential groups, leadership staff consultations, or comprehensive workshops, based on company needs. Using guided imagery, we can promote the body’s ability strengthen the immune system, block pain pathways, restore balance, and boost the healing process. Individual consultations and small group seminars will teach you to unleash the power of your mind-body-spirit energies to enhance healing and health. Biofeedback techniques reinforce awareness and sensitivity of the body’s response to specific mind-body interventions.
