Tennis Formats include:

  1. 

The Mental Edge- 1-2 hour seminar that introduces the power of the mind in tennis. Topics include understanding the body’s response to stress, essential cognitive strategies to keep your mind focused and positive, and relaxation and visualization exercises.

  2. Personal consultation- Individual 1 hour coaching sessions will provide players with powerful mind-body techniques to address their specific needs and goals. Visualization, guided imagery, pre and post-game rituals, strategies to overcome mental barriers, and techniques to maintain mental toughness are emphasized.

Golf Formats Include:


1.  The Inner Game- Personal coaching sessions that target the power of your mind to maximize your performance in golf. Current golf strategies and mental barriers are evaluated and individualized goals that address your mental game are defined.

Topics include:
  • your body’s response to stress and how to channel it into relaxed concentration
  • pre-game rituals and powerful mind-body techniques that enhance play and overcome mental barriers
  • cognitive strategies to stay focused in your short and long game
  • visualization exercises to increase consistency in putts and drives.
