ONE TO ONE COACHING

One to one coaching is designed to meet your specific needs and is aimed at helping you make positive and long-lasting changes to your life. Whether you have life goals, career goals, relationship goals, health and fitness goals or just want to become the best version of you, you will be encouraged and supported in a non-judgemental way to allow you to find the answers which lie within you.
By using a combination of NLP & coaching techniques, we will eliminate any blockages which are standing in the way of you and success to allow you to fulfil your potential. Before you know it, you will have created clear solutions to allow you to develop and change positively alongside setting goals and achieving outcomes.

Initial one to one coaching session: 1 hr 30 mins - £95.00
Ongoing one to one coaching: 1 hr - £70.00

TIME LINE THERAPY

Time Line Therapy is a unique and effective tool which is used to allow you to let go of negative emotions from the past, such as, anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt. As these feelings and the events that lead to them are embedded deep into your unconscious mind, you may not be consciously aware of the impact they are having on your day to day life. During this process, you will focus on the positive learnings about yourself and the future and not the events that lead to those feelings, followed by releasing the effects of the negative emotions and removing any stress, anxiety or depression which are also linked to these memories.
To finish, we will use Time Line Therapy to remove any limiting decisions and beliefs you have about yourself to allow you to achieve your full potential. Perhaps you are feeling that you are ‘not good enough’ or that ‘no one will ever love you.’ The same process as above will be followed to eliminate the belief from your unconscious.
